Due to the capital-intensive nature of industrial electrical contracting and custom grid infrastructure, BITE OF POWER INC enforces a strict procurement and billing protocol.
Fees for site load audits, single-line diagram engineering, and municipal permitting are non-refundable once work has commenced. These represent direct labor and engineering hours.
Upon contract signing, massive capital is deployed to procure transformers, copper wiring, and switchgears. Deposits used for material procurement are non-refundable once the supply chain orders have been executed. Any customized materials (e.g., custom-built substations) cannot be returned.
If a client terminates a project prior to completion, they are responsible for all labor executed up to the termination date, plus any restocking fees for non-custom materials that can be returned to the supplier.
We stand by our work. While we do not issue cash refunds for completed installations, any component that fails due to improper installation within our 1-year warranty period will be replaced or repaired at zero cost to the client.
