1. Service Contracts

All high-voltage and industrial wiring projects are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs). These online terms act as a baseline for the usage of our website and preliminary communications.

2. Safety and Compliance

BITE OF POWER INC operates strictly under National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and IEEE standards. Clients must not interfere with site safety protocols. We reserve the right to halt work if a facility environment poses a life-safety hazard to our electricians.

3. Bids and Estimates

Any estimates or bids provided via the website or email are preliminary. Final project costs are determined only after a rigorous on-site load audit and physical inspection by our engineering team.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we engineer systems for absolute uptime, BITE OF POWER INC is not liable for grid outages caused by municipal utility failures, acts of God, or unauthorized tampering with installed switchgears and panels.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida.
